5. Purchases & Transactions
- Transactions are between users
- ZeddonStudios takes 5% of the share if your published project requires payment
- If a buyer’s claim is valid (e.g., the file doesn’t work), refunds may be issued at ZeddonStudios discretion
- Users must act honestly and fairly
We may step in if abuse or scams are detected.

6. Service Availability
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- Features may pause, change, be updated, or removed at any time
7. Limitation of Liability
Zeddon's services are provided “as is”. We are not responsible for data loss, service interruptions, or damages resulting from use of the platform. Use the service at your own risk.
8. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our services if users violate these terms or misuse the platform.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.

ZeddonStudios reserves the right to remove any content at any time for any reason, without notice.
Users who repeatedly violate policies may have their accounts permanently suspended.
